07/03/2009 - Rwanda - 15 years later: the genocide tabu'
Kigali. The most dynamic country in Central Africa, runs ahead to forget a tragic past which is lagging behind like a shadow. Behind the veneer of inter-ethnic reconciliation and democracy lays the hidden tyranny of the Tutsi President, Paul Kagame, and his unspoken truth about the revenge which have been perpetrated against the Hutu: those who executed Tutsi massive killings in '94 are presently the new victims of the lies upon which Kagame holds his power and keeps order in the country. Nobody dares to reveal what everybody secretly know: Hutu mass graves are scattered all over the country. A boy, whose father was murdered in ’96 together with other Hutu ethnics, tells us he knows were bodies are buried near the town of Ruhengeri. But he never goes there for fear of being caught by the police.
